We will answer your questions and provide you the time to look through our extensive portfolio. Finally, we will gather the details of your project and develop a written, custom proposal.
The next step is to design the blueprints or detailed plan for your project. Whether your blueprints are developed internally or by one of our recommended Architectural partners, we will modify and customize these plans until you are ready to proceed with the construction phase. The appropriate documents will be filed and permits pulled to begin your construction.
The construction phase begins with meeting to introduce you to one of our top quality project managers, who will oversee the progress of your project. You will be provided with a written schedule so you will know what to expect on a daily basis. The construction manager will be available to consult with you and answer any questions or concerns you may have throughout your project.
Your satisfaction is our number one goal!! We provide you with a 10 year structural warranty: One year on mechanical systems and one year on workmanship. We offer a warranty on all of our construction projects and will see to it that you are happy with Clockwork Builders from beginning to end. We will be there after your project is completed to follow up on any of your concerns.
