Clockwork Builders Our Process

Here at Clockwork Builders, we have a unique way of doing business. We don’t simply quote you a price and go to work; our process is more in-depth and inclusive to your desires for your new space.

Initial Meeting

After you contact us for a free estimate, we schedule an initial meeting to discuss your plans for your home remodel or home addition. We will talk about what you’d like to change and why, as well as show you similar projects we’ve completed for other customers in Maryland. We will ask you specific questions about your vision for your project, as well as answer any of your questions. A final portion of the initial meeting will be to develop a written, custom proposal for your project.

Design and Blueprints

Once you approve your customized proposal, we can get started on a more in-depth design and layout of your new space. Or, if you’ve already hired a different designer, we will happily review their plans and make any necessary suggestions for improvements. After the design plans are finalized, we take them to your city or county to pull the required permits to begin construction.

Construction

With the permits and design in hand we will begin the fun part—construction! Your home will be assigned a dedicated and experienced project manager to oversee your new addition or home remodeling project. Your project manager will provide you with a schedule for your project and will be available to discuss your specific project with you and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our number one goal! We provide you with a 10-year structural warranty: one year on mechanical systems and one year on workmanship. We offer a warranty on all of our construction projects and will see to it that you are happy with Clockwork Builders from beginning to end. We will be there after your project is completed to follow up on any of your concerns.
