The Avoca property is a recently remodeled historic property.  This property has received a recent facelift because it was selected as Ellicott City’s 2016 show house of the year. In being selected, the Avoca received a major overhaul to restore it to its historic beauty and Clockwork Builders was there to help.

The Avoca Farm property was Ellicott City’s 2016 show property of the year. Historic Ellicott City, Inc. (HEC) works with the community every year to restore historic properties throughout Howard County, Maryland. In 2016, HEC marked the 30th anniversary of the decorator show house by inducting the Avoca property.
